"Trip" is a 13 year old 15.1 hand dark brown (almost black) good gentle ranch gelding. This is a
super gentle horse that is easy to catch, saddle, load, and shoe and can be ridden with or
without a saddle, with a bridle or a halter. He is very broke, has a real good easy moving kind of
saddle gait on the trails, and a good smooth responsive rein and stop whether on the trails or in
the pen. This horse is gentle enough for Beginners (with basic riding skills) and well trained
enough to be enjoyed by the most Experienced riders. Due to th promptness of his riding cues I
recommend that the beginner and novice riders get used to him in the lesson pen or arena
before going out on the trails. He is definitely not a dangerous horse but the inexperienced rider
should get used to him before venturing out on the trails alone. He does not get fresh, frisky, or
want to buck if turned out for long periods of time, and definitely would be a good asset to any
family, stable, or ranch. NOTE: This horse has not sold, and the main reason that most people
turn him down, is his size. He is taller than most people want to get up and down on and due to
the fact that it is getting late in the riding season I am going to reduce his price so that he will
sell. I will not extend the "30 Day Guarantee" at this lower price, but will allow you to get a
pre-purchase vet exam at the time of purchase.
